All securities transactions facilitated through the Platform are conducted through a registered broker-dealer partner, details of which are provided separately. Vantra itself does not hold client funds or securities.
Investments in private securities are speculative and involve a high degree of risk. You should only invest amounts you can afford to lose entirely.

Vantra charges a transaction fee of 0.5% of the total transaction value, payable by both buyer and seller upon completion of a transaction. Fees are deducted from the proceeds at settlement.
Vantra reserves the right to modify its fee structure at any time with reasonable notice. No fees are charged for submitting applications, browsing listings, or placing orders that do not result in a completed transaction.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must immediately notify Vantra of any unauthorised use of your account.

Vantra's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the fees paid by you to Vantra in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Vantra reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including breach of these Terms or failure to maintain accredited investor status.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
Vantra reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email. Your continued use of the Platform following notification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
